Shortsly AI offers tiered subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are non-refundable after the primary 14-day refund window expires. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
2. User Content & Ownership
You retain 100% of the rights, title, and interest in and to all videos, text, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, secure, and temporary license to process, store, and modify the content solely for the purpose of providing the Shortsly AI service to you.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to upload, process, or distribute illegal content, copyright-infringing material, malware, or highly offensive material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
